Before the start of the British Round of the Championship tonight, we are delighted to welcome Alejandro López to the team. He will take over racing duties from Terence Grech who stepped down after the Canadian GP. Big thanks to Bart de Vos, our Test and Reserve driver, who agreed to race in the French GP two weeks ago despite having little time to prepare for it.

Alejandro is a very experienced and fast sim-racer with starts in various leagues over a wide array of Racing Sims. In the past, he got Top 20 finishes in the World Fasters Gamer and McLaren Shadows competitions to name just a few of his noteworthy results. Here is what he said before his first GPVWC start tonight:

“I joined GPVWC because it is a professional league with good teams and well known names. I hope I can improve as a driver and keep it clean in all the races. My main goal is to enjoy the racing experience but also to achieve the best results as possible. I would like to help the team in the Constructors’ Standings and, ultimately, win some races”.
