Carlos joined the team as a reserve driver after Race 1 of GPCWC’s 2016 World GT series. Soon after it became apparent that Andrew had too many technical issues to compete for a whole season, Carlos got promoted to become a regular driver for STAX Racing. In his first three races for STAX Racing, he finished 3rd. Carlos also achieved the team’s first fastest lap in a race.
Carlos also started in the 2016 International Touring Cup for us, but had to pull out after the halfway mark of the season because of work commitments.
