STAX Racing was founded in late 2015 by Christian Zoerner, after being affiliated with Epic Racing for some years. The team’s first outing was in the 2016 World GT Series, organized by the GPVWC. Since then, the team also participated in the 2016 International Touring Cup and the RaceDepartment MINI Championship Season 10.
The team’s mission statement reads as follows:
We strive to be a sim racing team that is respected on and off the track for fair, clean and competitive racing. We will do our utmost to participate in every race of the season. Our liveries should always be creative and of the best quality.

October 10, 2015 STAX Racing was founded by Christian Zoerner.
February 13, 2016 STAX Racing was officially unveiled on Facebook and on the GPVWC forum.
February 26, 2016 GPVWC granted the team its first entry in a racing series.
March 3, 2016 STAX Racing competet in their first race, the 2016 Japanese GT at GPVWC.
April 15, 2016 Carlos Andres Ladines finished third in Race 3 of the 2016 GPVWC World GT series!
July 21, 2016 Carlos Andres Ladines achieved the team’s first fastest lap of a race in the final round of the GPVWC 2016 World GT Series.
October 10, 2016 Exactly one year after STAX Racing was founded, this website gets launched.
December 9, 2016 STAX Racing entered two MINIs in their first race on RaceDepartment.
December 10, 2016 The GPVWC announced that STAX Racing will start in the 2017 Formula Challenge.
May 16, 2017 Chris Shepherd won the 2017 Formula Challenge Monaco GP and scored STAX Racing’s first victory.
June 28, 2018 STAX Racing won GPVWC’s 2018 World GT Team Championship.
